Who we are

Naughty Spot LLC, a Florida company trading as Naughty Nomz, runs this site and the truck. "We" and "us" below means us.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we receive what you fill in: usually your name, email, and the details of your enquiry, such as an event date, location, headcount or phone number.

When our email and text list launches, signing up will collect your email address or phone number.

Why we use it

To answer you, quote your event, and, if you sign up, send you drops and news.

Who we share it with

Nobody who would sell it. Enquiries are stored on the server that runs this site, and a copy goes to our Google Workspace inbox so we see it fast. List sign-ups will live with the email and text service that sends them. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you or run a booking, and no longer than the law asks.

Your choices

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, and every text accepts STOP. You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.

Cookies and analytics

The strictly necessary nn_truck_session cookie keeps the truck admin signed in for up to two weeks. Public visitors do not need it.

When analytics is enabled, we ask before loading Google Analytics. Accept turns on analytics to help us understand visits and improve the site, and shares visit information with Google. Reject, or making no choice, keeps it off. We do not use advertising features.

We store only your choice and its date in a first-party localStorage record called nn_analytics_consent for about six months. After Accept, Google Analytics can set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits, with a lifetime of up to six months.

Use Cookie settings in any public page footer to change your choice when analytics is enabled. Choosing Reject stops analytics and deletes those Google Analytics cookies. You can also clear site data in your browser. While analytics is not configured, no choice notice or Cookie settings link appears and no Google Analytics code loads.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
