Who we are

This site is run by Naughty Spot LLC, a Florida company trading as Naughty Nomz. Using the site means you accept these terms.

No online orders

Nothing is sold on this site. Food is ordered and paid for at the truck. Menu items, hours and locations can change without notice.

Catering and events

Sending an enquiry does not book the truck. A booking exists only once we have sent a written quote and received the deposit it asks for, on the terms in that quote.

Our stuff

The Naughty Nomz name, logos, the Naughty World characters, photos and copy on this site belong to us. Press may use the files on our Press page for editorial coverage with credit; anything else needs our written permission.

What you send us

You keep what you write to us. You let us use it to answer you and run your booking, and you promise it is yours to send.

The fine print

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not promise it is always complete, current or available, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
